Our Girls Player of the Week for January 28th to February 3rd, 2024 is Maureen Tremblay of Meridian.
Meridian won three games last week, with two of them closely contested and down to the wire. In those two games, Tremblay excelled when her team needed her most.
In an overtime win at Brentsville District, the senior forward produced 18 points and eight rebounds to go along with her seven assists and seven blocks. In a win against Heritage, Tremblay had a similarly well-rounded stat line with 13 points, eight rebounds, and six assists, and hit a key free throw late.
