Chris and Julian go through the crazy season that has been Northern Virginia basketball on the boys side. Anyone can (again) win the Liberty Tournament, Westfield remains a state title threat, there’s a four-way tie atop the Patriot, and the National is more chaotic than usual.
We begin the podcast by talking Heritage’s surprise blowout at previously undefeated Broad Run. Then we talk Potomac District and the rise of Stone Bridge, Dulles, and Catoctin. Don’t forget the Cardinal and Cedar Run–Independence and Forest Park have surprised, though Woodbridge had an impressive win over the Bruins last week. Are we looking at Patriot-Gar-Field down the road?
