Our Girls Player of the Week for the week of February 2nd through February 8th, 2025 is Sabrina Anderson of Potomac School.
As good as the Panthers are across the board, you better account for Anderson first in your defensive gameplan if you want to slow down Potomac School. Last week Holy Child and Georgetown Visitation failed to do that, as Anderson riddled them for 31 and 27 points respectively in two Panther wins.
A great ball-handler who can get to the rim, Anderson strikes fear in defenses with her deadly three-point shot. With range well beyond the arc, she can pile up points in a hurry.
