Our Girls Player of the Week for the first week of the 2022-2023 season is forward Sofia Miller from Battlefield.
After sustaining an ACL injury last January, the senior has already rebounded to come back better than ever. In the first three games of the season Battlefield won two and came close against #13 Lake Braddock, with Miller leading the way.
Last week Miller averaged 20 points, nine rebounds, and three assists per game, and threw in four blocks versus Lake Braddock to boot.
